The Capital Regional District for Vancouver Island engaged Mercury to provide a complete diagnostic review of its fleet management practices and maintenance program including repair facilities. CDR operates a mixed fleet of 360 vehicles.

Natural Resources Conservation Service

The Natural Resources Conservation Service contracted with Mercury to provide fleet management support for its fleet of 8,700 vehicles. The project includes an on-site employee for the duration of the contract. NRCS is part of the Department of Agriculture.

The City of Jamestown, NY retained Mercury to perform a comprehensive Best Practices Study that encompasses fleet management and maintenance and repair. Jamestown is a small town in northeastern NY and operates a fleet of mixed use vehicles.

Department of Homeland Security

The Department of Homeland Security selected Mercury to conduct both a utilization analysis and a Vehicle Allocation Methodology study to determine the composition and the optimal size for the DHS fleet inventory.
