Weinhaus and Potashnick

Weinhaus and Potashnick retained Mercury to  provide expert witness services for the plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit. The case involves determining the costs that drivers incurred in making deliveries from stores in several different geographic areas using their personally owned vehicles (POVs) and comparing these costs with the amounts the drivers actually were reimbursed over a multi-year period.
