Tacoma Public Utilities contracted with Mercury to provide an in-depth evaluation of its fleet, including asset acquisition, replacement and utilization, fleet size, and environmental impact. TPU operates a fleet of about 1,100 vehicles and pieces of equipment in and around Puget Sound.
