The State of Alaska enlists the services of Mercury

The State of Alaska enlists the services of Mercury to conduct a comprehensive review of the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities State Equipment Fleet comprised of approximately 8,000 assets. The review will involve an evaluation of the delivery of fleet services to customers, an assessment of maintenance and asset management practices, review of the equipment replacement process, and development of criteria for the replacement of various types of equipment.
