Mercury Associates is retained by ICF, Inc. to participate in the development of an Electric Vehicle Readiness Plan for the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado with the objective of reducing vehicle emissions in support of City air quality goals and meeting State greenhouse gas emission targets.
