The University of Minnesota, operating a fleet of approximately 1000 vehicles, selects Mercury to identify opportunities for improvement in the University’s fleet management practices and the corresponding services it provides to fleet customers through an assessment of fleet management components including policies and procedures, fleet utilization, and the fleet management information system, as well as an outsourcing feasibility study.
