City of Richland Engages Mercury to Perform a Diagnostic Fleet Assessment

The purpose of this diagnostic fleet assessment for the City of Richland, Washington is to conduct a high-level review of the key elements of the fleet management and maintenance/repair program to identify the areas that are performing consistently with high-performing fleets and areas where there are opportunities for improvement. The City, located in southeastern Washington state at the confluence of the Yakima and the Columbia Rivers, operates a very diverse fleet of more than 500 vehicles, trailers, pieces of construction equipment.
