Eligible entities have the opportunity to engage North America’s leading fleet-management consulting firm to assist their operations with everything from fleet right-sizing to policy development. General Services Administration, Multiple Award Schedule
Mercury holds General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, which facilitates fleet management consulting and support services to U.S. federal agencies worldwide. Mercury’s services under this contract are designed to help increase efficiency and reduce the costs associated with the acquisition, allocation, utilization, maintenance, and management of vehicles and equipment. The GSA contract includes pre-negotiated rates and reduces the lead time and administrative costs for government organizations to contract with fleet management experts.

The Mid-Atlantic Purchasing Team
Mercury’s current contract with Loudoun County, Virginia, through the use of a Cooperative Rider Clause, allows our firm’s participation in The Mid-Atlantic Purchasing Team (MAPT), which includes jurisdictions in the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (“MWCOG”) and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (“BMC”).The MAPT cooperative purchasing program provides member jurisdictions with combined purchasing power and the opportunity to join existing awards without a formal bidding process.
