The City of Bakersfield Selects Mercury to Conduct a Fleet Division Assessment

The City of Bakersfield located in south-central California has selected Mercury to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the City’s fleet management operations and to develop a multi-year business plan that will serve as a roadmap to continued improvement of the Fleet Services Division. The Fleet Services Division manages the maintenance, operation, and procurement of approximately 1,700 vehicle and equipment assets.
