Bonneville Power Administration

Bonneville Power Administration is a U.S. federal agency under the Department of Energy and is one of four federal agencies responsible for marketing power generated by federally owned hydroelectric facilities. The Defense Logistics Agency is a combat support agency in the U.S. Department of Defense, with more than 26,000 civilian and military personnel throughout the world. Department of Energy

The U.S. Department of Energy is a cabinet department concerned with policies regarding U.S. energy and safety in handling nuclear material. Mercury’s primary customer within the DOE is the Idaho National Laboratory. INL is the nation’s lead laboratory for nuclear energy research, development, demonstration, and deployment. Department of Transportation

The U.S. Department of Transportation oversees interstate travel and is a federal agency. All U.S. states, Canadian provinces, and many local agencies also have similar organizations and provide enforcement through DOT officers within their respective jurisdictions. General Services Administration

The General Services Administration is an independent agency of the U.S. government, established in 1949 to help manage and support the basic functioning of federal agencies. The GSA supplies products and communications for U.S. government offices, provides transportation and office space to federal employees, and develops government-wide cost-minimizing policies, and other management tasks. Mercury provides ongoing relocation services to GSA and has conducted various studies, including fleet utilization and rightsizing studies (Vehicle Allocation Methodology) and Fleet Management Plan development.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is federal law enforcement agency responsible for identifying, investigating, and dismantling vulnerabilities regarding the nation’s border, economic, transportation, and infrastructure security. ICE is charged with the investigation and enforcement of federal statutes within the U.S. and maintains attachés at major U.S. embassies overseas. It falls under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Consulting services provided by Mercury to ICE include fleet management training, long-term vehicle replacement planning, vehicle replacement timing analysis, fleet utilization and rightsizing studies (Vehicle Allocation Methodology) and Fleet Management Plan development.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration is an independent agency of the executive branch of the U.S. federal government responsible for the civilian space program as well as aeronautics and aerospace research. Mercury has provided multiple projects for NASA, including fleet management information system implementation, ASP hosting, and a vehicle management study.

National Park Service

The National Park Service is an agency of the U.S. federal government that manages all U.S. national parks, many American national monuments, and other conservation and historical properties with various title designations. It was created in 1916, by Congress through the National Park Service Organic Act and is an agency of the U.S. Department of the Interior. Mercury served NPS on a number of work initiatives, including a fleet management best practices study, policy and procedure development, vehicle replacement planning, and fleet management training.

Smithsonian Institution

The Smithsonian Institution is a group of museums and research centers administered by the U.S. government. The Institution’s 19 museums, nine research centers, and zoo include historical and architectural landmarks are mostly located in the District of Columbia. More than 200 institutions and museums in 45 states, Puerto Rico, and Panama are Smithsonian Affiliates. Mercury developed a fleet policy and procedure handbook for the Smithsonian.

U.S. Marine Corps

The U.S. Marine Corps is a branch of the U.S. Armed Forces responsible for providing power projection, using the mobility of the U.S. Navy, by Congressional mandate, to deliver rapidly, combined-arms task forces on land, at sea, and in the air. The USMC is one of the four armed service branches in the U.S. Department of Defense and one of the seven uniformed services of the United States. Mercury has provided consulting services to the USMC for fleet management best practices. Vehicle Allocation Methodology studies, Fleet Management Plan, and Table of Equipment design.

The Natural Resources Conservation Service is an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture that provides technical assistance to farmers and other private landowners and managers. Federal Fleet Certification

Mercury, in partnership with the National Property Management Association, provides training and certification in several federal fleet management disciplines. The Federal Fleet Certification program is a nationally recognized course of study designed specifically for the federal fleet management market. Federal enrollees include participants from Commerce, Peace Corps, Treasury, all five branches of the U.S. military, and many other departments and agencies..
