The City of Alexandria, VA and ACPS enlisted Mercury to conduct a best practices review of fleet management business practices, analyze data and benchmark conditions and performance; and prepare a replacement plan using CARCAP. The City operates a fleet of 950 assets, ACPS operates 183 units in support of the public school system.
