The City of Baltimore Department of General Services retained Mercury to develop and implement a new PM program This project, performed under Mercury’s multi-year agreement with the City to provide various types of fleet management business process reengineering services, involves designing, developing, and providing training to Fleet Management Division supervisors and technicians in the performance of multi-echelon PM service routines for several classes of vehicles and equipment assets in the City’s fleet.
