DTE Energy contracted with Mercury to provide a variety of fleet management projects including: conducting an asset utilization and rightsizing study, provide strategic planning assistance and review, assist with design of swim lane diagrams and redesign business practices for vehicle inspection reporting. DTE Energy is a Detroit based diversified utility company and operates a fleet of 3,100 licensed on-road vehicles and 1,500 pieces of equipment.
