The City of Olympia Public Works Department contracted with Mercury to evaluate the staffing of its maintenance facilities. The City is renovating some of its shops which may allow for some consolidation and/or sharing of services. The City of Olympia PWD operates a fleet of approximately 285 vehicles and pieces of equipment.
