Pūlama Lāna‘i

Pūlama Lāna‘i retained Mercury to conduct a best practices study, including a review of requirements needed to establish a fleet management department. The Pūlama Lāna‘i fleet size has grown to more than 500 vehicles over the past few years, resulting in the need to centralize its leadership under one department. The island is privately owned and is part of the Hawaiian island chain.
