Pūlama Lāna‘i

Pūlama Lāna‘i contracted with Mercury to develop policies and procedures for its fleet management department. In addition Mercury will provide training on implementing these P&P. Further tasks include developing a long-term replacement and financing plan and recruiting a management analyst. The Pūlama Lāna‘i fleet size has grown to more than 500 vehicles over the past few years.
