QC Management retained Mercury’s president, Paul Lauria, to conduct a three-day fleet management best practices workshop in Bangkok in August 2016. Over the last decade, Paul has conducted two dozen fleet management workshops in 16 countries in the Caribbean, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
