Travis County

Mercury was selected to conduct a comprehensive fleet evaluation and analysis for Travis County. The County is the home to Austin, TX, the state capitol. The evaluation included a vehicle utilization, fleet rightsizing and best practices study. The County operates a fleet of approximately 1,600 vehicles and pieces of equipment serving law enforcement, road maintenance, park maintenance, facility maintenance, and code enforcement activities.
