Weinhaus and Potashnick

Weinhaus and Potashnick retained Mercury’s president, Paul Lauria, to serve as an expert witness on two lawsuits involving claims of under reimbursement by employers for delivery drivers’ business use of their personally owned vehicles (POVs). Paul has served as an expert witness on more than a dozen lawsuits and arbitrations involving similar claims, developing complex vehicle cost models to determine how much employees should have been reimbursed for driving their POVs on their employers’ behalf.
